Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp: If you cancel your week(s): You will be refunded 75% of your tuition if you cancel 3 weeks or more before your week(s). 3 weeks or less to your week(s): CAW will refund 60% of your tuition. 1 week or less before your week(s): CAW will refund 45% of your tuition. There are no make-up days if your child misses the day(s) (for any reason) that they are enrolled. There are no make-up days if camp must close due to severe weather or emergency. If you registered for a week but need to switch weeks: Send us a request. CAW can accommodate this IF there are seats available for your requested swap week. If you bought a day pass, and your child is now sick: CAW will value that day pass for another date if there are seats available at the camp on the date requested. After School Programs, Kid’s Night Out, Holiday Camps: Need to cancel a workshop or holiday camp you booked? Do so one week or more before the workshop starts: CAW will refund 75% of the tuition. Do so one week or less before the start date of the workshop: CAW will refund 50% of the tuition. Prefer Credit? If you choose a credit instead of refund, CAW will value a CAW Credit for 80% of the tuition. There are no make-up days if your child misses the day(s) (for any reason) that they are enrolled. CAW will either offer “makeup classes” or vouchers for future workshops on days CAW must close due to severe weather or emergency. These will be scheduled and posted within two weeks of the cancellation date. Special Events: Tickets to any CAW special events are non-refundable. Birthday Parties: I need to cancel my birthday party reservation: CAW will return 75% of your deposit with three weeks’ notice or more. CAW will return 60% of your deposit with three weeks or less notice. CAW will not return a deposit if you cancel within one week of the party date.
