Birthday Parties at CAW are all-inclusive experiences. Our staff are here to handle and coordinate everything so that you can sit back and enjoy your party.

For a base price of $45/guest, we will provide the following:

• A main party room set up with decorations, music, fresh popcorn, playroom, and time and space for mingling when guests arrive.

• CAW Staff-led arts-based Activity of your choice.

• CAW Staff-led Dance Party with music, glow sticks, games and creative movement activities.

• A meal for the children: a slice of organic house cheese pizza, fruit, veggie sticks, and house fruit hibiscus punch or lemonade.

• Dessert and candles: a mix of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes.

• In addition to the Take-Home Activity, a gift bag for every guest with a set of watercolors, journal, lollipops, and bubbles

The cost for a Rock ‘n’ Rascalz party is a flat rate of $775 for up to 25 children and includes everything above with one exception: 

• 1-hour Rock ‘n’ Rascalz creative movement and music activity in place of the Take-Home Activity and Dance Party. 

• Optional add-ons still available.

Notes on allergies and other dietary preferences:​

• *Vegan and GF options available for guests at an upcharge of $4.00 per child.

• None of the foods or products we use contain peanuts or tree nuts.

• The cupcakes have been produced in a bakery that may have had traces of nuts.
